Integrative clinical supervision for the most important part of your practice ~ YOU
“Supervision is the creation of that free space where the supervisee lets herself tell back so that she hears herself afresh and invents in imagination how she can best be for her client in their next session“ ~ Robin Shohet, Supervision as Transformation: A Passion for Learning
Would you like supervision (or supervisor’s supervision, consulting supervision or mentoring) to become a “love to” rather than “have to”? A space to reflect on your whole practice and whole Self?
Are you:
- an IACP or BACP counsellor or psychotherapist?
- a coach or multiskilled practitioner?
- EFT International EFT practitioner wanting mentoring?
- Yoga Pros yoga teacher seeking a senior yoga teacher for mentoring or CPD?
- Do you have and/or work with people with trauma and/or AuDHD (autism and ADHD)?
- Any/all of the above also seeking support with building or refining your practice?
Scroll down for more about my approach and how I can potentially support you with clinical supervision, supervisor’s supervision and/or EFT mentoring as well as additional resources around supervision and the 7 Eyed Model.
“I so value the space that Eve provides for me in supervision. I am free to bring all facets of myself unsolicited and find this such a valuable “holding” of me, my work and my development as a human being. Supervision is where all of me can show up and that “allowing” helps me discover my true self and her gentle challenge creates growth. In essence, not only my work but all elements of my life are valued and welcome.”
Gill, Herts, UK

“I felt that Eve got me and my business unlike most supervisors would because she too has a business with different layers and offerings. This helped me to always feel understood and seen in what I was attempting to create.”

“I feel very fortunate to have such a supportive and informed supervisor.”

I support trauma-informed and ADHD-friendly therapists, multiskilled therapists and coaches, psychosynthesis and integrative counsellors and therapists, yoga therapists and EFT practitioners with their clients and their whole practices
A senior accredited therapist and supervisor with IACP and BACP (and Editor-in-Chief of the Irish Journal of Counselling and Psychotherapy and Past Chair of BACP Coaching), I specialise in working with multiskilled practitioners who work in different ways and who want to ensure they’re working ethically and effectively as well as creatively.
I do this by offering online and telephone supervision and supervisor’s supervision (across Ireland and the UK). Face to face and indoor and outdoor nature-based supervision and supervisor’s supervision is available in Westport, Co Mayo, Ireland.
Want to know more about my approach?
The 7 Eyed Model offers a delightfully holistic approach to supervision (working with what clients bring, how you intervene, how you feel about the work with them, with your supervisee and more). I trained with its co-creator, Robin Shohet and Joan Wilmot at CSTD London I made a mini series to explain it in more depth and you can watch it by scrolling down.

Are you an IACP (Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) or BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) therapist?
I’m an:
- IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Accredited Supervisor and Counsellor and
- BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Senior Accredited Supervisor of Individuals (with the SCoPEd changes, this means I’m in Column C).

This means that whether you’re registered with IACP in Ireland or BACP in the UK, I can support you and your practice with supervision.
I served on BACP’s Coaching Executive from March 2014 to September 2019 and was Chair from January 2017 to November 2018. An ongoing priority of our members was finding good supervision that could support their whole practices.
As well as working with pre-accredited, accredited and supervisor accredited IACP counsellors and psychotherapists and registered, accredited, senior accredited BACP counsellors and psychotherapists, I work with therapists, coaches and complementary therapists who are registered with other professional bodies (including UKCP and NCPS).
Free CPD for IACP members
If you’re an IACP therapist, your membership includes 3 hours’ free EFT CPD, 3 hours of Polyvagal Purrs CPD and 3 hours of psychosyntheis and supervision CPD now live on their CPD Hub
Supervision for supervisors
I also work with supervisors offering supervisor’s supervision (sometimes known as supervision consultancy).
“I have found supervision to be a freeing experience, whilst exploring moral ethics and values that I subconsciously and consciously have revealed to myself within this powerful work. I love the holistic approach that has evolved from our work together and the impact that has reached into every aspect of me. I have felt so heard and understood within my meanderings of what is pertinent within each session yet has trickled over into everyday life. The being present with whatever was current on the day of a supervision session so suited my neurodiverse leanings, where the immediacy of exploring an issue or topic was so beautifully met and worked with. I had a fear of being exposed within supervision. This experience led to me really trusting myself professionally and also identifying areas where I did feel vulnerable both professionally and personally.”
Caroline Anthony, Aberdeenshire, Scotland
Consulting supervision / supervision consultancy
Do you want to work with me in an ad hoc way (in addition your regular clinical supervision) for specific support I can offer in a focused, time limited way? I can potentially support you with business development coaching as well as specialist support around transpersonal and embodied, trauma-informed and VAST / ADHD-friendly approaches.
EFT mentoring and supervision
If you’re an EFT International registered EFT Practitioner or Accredited Certified Advanced EFT Practitioner, supervision and mentoring with me counts towards your annual mentoring requirements and elements of the work we do in the Sole to Soul Circle: Trauma-informed and ADHD-friendly Self care (and other workshops) can count towards CPD.
If you know other EFT International practitioners who want to be part of a group for the EFT mentoring, do let me know as this is another option, too.
Yoga therapy supervision and yoga teacher mentoring
Whether you want ad hoc or monthly mentoring or supervision, get in touch if my approach appeals. If you’re with Yoga Alliance Professionals, working with me can count towards your yoga CPD.
Supervision for other therapists
As well as counsellors and psychotherapists (especially transpersonal – including psychosynthesis – and integrative therapists), I offer coaching supervision, yoga teacher mentoring and yoga therapy supervision, EFT supervision and more general supervision for helping professionals.
My coaching approach, when appropriate, can also help you with your overall practice.
While you may still need specialist supervision for areas of your practice I’m not qualified in, I can support you in holding your whole practice.
I also offer supervision for therapists and coaches who, like me, work online and outdoors.
I see online integrative supervision as not only a professional and ethical requirement but an essential form of self care.
