“We’re not in pursuit of perfection, we’re in pursuit of joy” ~ Meghan (With Love, Meghan)

Joy is your – and everyone’s – birthright. Honour what feels good and make JOY your GPS (RRP: €99)
Forget the old “tortured artist” trope. Feeling safe, welcome and loved (especially if you have a trauma history and/or ADHD) will help you better connect with your purpose, meaning, sense of joy and creativity
Read on for more on how we might work together to help you start trusting your joy and glimmers as guidance either one to one (online or by telephone across Ireland and the UK or with face to face indoor or outdoor nature-based sessions in Westport, Co Mayo, Ireland) or from anywhere in the world through the Sole to Soul Circle: Trauma-informed and ADHD-friendly self and Self care). Scroll down for immediate access to simple and effective Self and self-care ideas, Self and self-care rituals, resources and mind-body practises you can start implementing right now for instant results. Are you ready to prioritise your ventral vagal wellness (embodied wellbeing or in Cattitude terms, “Purr” mode)?

“Each time I tick off an action I’ve set with Eve Menezes Cunningham, I feel great and am often motivated to go even further than we planned. I like Eve’s gentle manner, friendliness, encouragement and enthusiasm.”

When we have a sense of purpose and meaning, getting out of bed in the morning, even when we’re far from “morning people” brings a sense of joy
Dr Lissa Rankin, in Mind Over Medicine, writes about how toxic work environments (including feeling like what we’re doing doesn’t matter or, worse, is harmful) can shorten our life and healthspans.
Meaningful work can lengthen both our lifespan and our healthspan
Have you forgotten how to connect (maybe you’ve not yet learned how to) with that expansive, joyful part of yourself – your Self / Higher Self / Miraculous Self or whatever you want to call that part of you that’s beyond limitations of our egos?
To have that greater perspective, no matter what’s going on in your life, that helps you when you’re feeling stuck, that welcomes synchronicity and miracles?
I wouldn’t be doing this work or living this life if I hadn’t had some major curve balls in my 20s (looking back, long before then – I just resisted it for ages).
Over the years, I’ve learned to create more space – using meditation and other tools – to connect with my own inner wisdom.
I love helping clients, students and members of the online programme connect with their own inner wisdom.
All my work is collaborative so the choice about the direction we take and tools you learn is entirely up to you.
The fact that you’re even reading this, allowing yourself to dream bigger and knowing you can improve things is a big step.
