Access body-mind practices and free downloads to support the practices in the book (as well as being used independently) by popping your email address in below:
Find out more about some of the books and podcasts that have helped me most personally (with my own trauma recovery and befriending my late diagnosed AuDHD brain) and professionally. I’m including my own book (which shares 366 self-care ideas that helped me heal and which I still love sharing with clients, supervisees and audiences) because, while I wrote it for everyone, I didn’t realise at the time that my differently wired brain made these practices essential for me.

Some of my articles and columns
Freelance since 2004, I regularly contribute self care advice to national and international titles as well as still taking on commissions. I’m a columnist for Platinum and you can read a selection of columns and articles here
Access radio, TV, webcasts and podcasts
I was a regular on BBC Essex for years and have also shared self care tools on other radio stations and TV, most recently CRCfm in Castlebar, Co Mayo, Ireland. You can listen to and watch selected interviews and clips here
Connect with me on social media
I regularly share on my Substack, Bluesky, Facebook page, twitter,Instagram , TikTok and LinkedIn. Obviously, social media isn’t confidential but if you comment or connect in any of these ways, I’ll give no indication that you are or have ever been a client / supervisee / yoga student (if you have been).
Read the blog
These self care blog posts and show notes with full transcripts offer a range of ways in which you might better support yourself and you can read them here
And, of course, if you want to work with me (as a client or supervisee), I’d love to talk to you
This no obligation free telephone consultation takes less than 20 minutes and offers you a chance to get a sense of how comfortable you feel talking to me while I can get a better idea of how we might work together.
