You already know what you need
Whether you’re considering becoming a client or supervisee, the answers are already within you
My role is to help you remember this and listen to yourself and your Self (that highest, wisest, truest, wildest, most joyful, brilliant and miraculous part of yourself)
Drawing on decades of lived and professional experience with trauma recovery and befriending my own (late diagnosed) ADHD and (even later understanding) AuDHD (autism and ADHD) brain, I can support you in healing more gently, powerfully, and quickly than you might have imagined possible.
You’ll learn to connect with your lifeforce (charge, prana, chi), to understand, honour and work with your nervous system, feel more at ease in your body and the world, and potentially transform not just your own life, but positively impact those around you.

Hi, I’m Eve Menezes Cunningham (she/her – sí/a) MIACP (Accred), MBACP (Snr Accred), YP (Senior Yoga Teacher) and EFTi (Adv Accred). I’m here to help you feel safer in your body, happier in your skin, and more connected to your whole self
*Self: that highest, wisest, truest, wildest, most joyful, brilliant and miraculous part of you

Why this work?
I was my first client. I initially trained as a life coach to help me learn how to do life. As if there’s just one way!
I have personal experience with:
- insomnia (from primary school through my 20s, and for a while with menopause – all good now again!)
- trauma
- anxiety
- low self-esteem (let’s face it, self-loathing…)
- chronic pain (eased through complementary therapies and major lifestyle changes)
- burnout and
- stress
In 2024, I was diagnosed with “severe ADHD with combined presentation” and in 2026, autism. This knowledge has enhanced my self-compassion as I continue the ongoing (and sometimes emotional rollercoaster of a) process of befriending my own brain. And learning about my autism (so AuDHD) as well means it’s far from a linear process.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been fascinated by finding things that actually work. Tools we can use to help ourselves. I’ve spent decades getting unstuck and making changes, large and small, guided as much as possible by what brings more joy.
Now I love teaching people how to help themselves with simple self-care tools for the mind, body, heart, and soul. I share many of these tools in my book, 365 Ways to Feel Better: Self-care Ideas for Embodied Wellbeing, and use them daily myself.
“Eve is like a walking university for people wanting to transform and heal themselves”

Who I work with
Since 2004, thousands of my clients, students, supervisees, audience members and readers have learned to tune into their embodied souls and inner wisdom.
Whether you’ve survived Big T or little t trauma (and whichever it is, your nervous system needs you to honour not minimise it), complex developmental trauma, collective or intergenerational trauma, or you’re living with ADHD or AuDHD, are you ready to:
- Feel safer in your own body?
- Become happier in your own skin (embodied wellbeing)?
- Connect with and take better care of your whole self and Self?
Are you ready to tweak (or completely overhaul) your life, work, and relationships for the better?
To trust your own inner wisdom, take each next best step, and give yourself permission to reconnect with the peace and ease that’s your (and everybody’s – we’re all connected) birth right?
How we might work together
This unique, personalised, collaborative approach (using the Feel. Love. Heal. framework I developed) means we’ll work together creatively, ethically, and effectively.
You’ll be the one to choose the directions we take together.
The trauma-informed and neurodivergence-affirming approach is bespoke, depending on what you want, need, and are ready for.

Self-care, Self care and collective care can be life-saving
Self-care can be as simple as reminding yourself that you’re worth a little indulgence but working mostly with trauma survivors, ADHDers and AuDHDers, it’s often more about practicalities. This can include getting better at asserting yourself, setting boundaries, supporting yourself to do more of the things that support you day to day while creating a better future.
Sometimes, self-care feels life-saving. Making time to create and sustain the routines that support and improve your mental health and wellbeing and by becoming more familiar with your unique nervous system and energy, it’ll get easier to do what you need more naturally without endless cycles of burnout.
Self care, connecting with that highest, wisest, truest, wildest, most joyful, brilliant and miraculous part of yourself, can be easier than you imagine and transforms everything. You know what’s best for you. Will you give yourself permission to remember how and to know what you know and want what you want?
