What Does Your Inner Self Care Coach Want You to Release?

I love all the seasons but there’s something so beautiful about autumn and the fallen leaves.

The trees simply let go of whatever they no longer need and the (I’ve been learning more about gardening and supporting trees) fallen leaves feed the tree they came from when left nearby.

We humans can do similarly, not only releasing what no longer serves us but growing stronger through harvesting what we’ve been through.

If you’d like some support (through online therapy or an EFT / tapping session), you can find out more at selfcarecoaching.net and get in touch to book a free telephone consultation if my approach appeals.

You can also be your own self care coach and experiment with:

  1. Visualisations – for example, imagining yourself releasing any strains, stresses, pains or anything else through imaginary roots and into the heart of the earth where those energies can be transmuted for the benefit of the planet
  2. Tapping
  3. Yoga poses such as spinal twists
  4. Writing on loo roll and flushing the paper away or any paper and burning it safely
  5. Meditating on Monday’s Full Moon (a natural time for completion and letting go)

You’ll find more ideas and information in my book, 365 Ways to Feel Better: Self-care Ideas for Embodied Wellbeing and you probably already have your own ideas.

What might help you connect with your inner autumn tree and find the courage and strength you may need to let go of all the things that don’t serve you anymore, that don’t work, that drain you…?

Big love,
